  1. David Uhlfelder says:

Have you heard of a line of kenner toys from 1996 called the crystal’s Palace collection?

  2. Steevy Maximus says:

Some..confusing selections, and some that need clarification:
    1. Does this list count properties the Kenner design team worked on following the purchase by Hasbro? IF not, a number of those 90s lines would be “disqualified”
    2. If this this list is supposed to (which it does appear to be) some clarification is likely needed. Such as which lines were “pure Kenner” and which were done following their purchase by Hasbro.

With that clarification, GI Joe should be clarified as “GI Joe Extreme”, since prior iterations of GI Joe (such as the original 60s figure, ARAH, Sgt. Savage, etc) were done with no involvement of Kenner. And if you’re including GI Joe, you really should include Transformers: Beast Wars for the same reason: it was a Kenner spearheaded redesign of an existing Hasbro property, and had offerings in Microverse as well.
Probably should also be a clarification that the Kenner identity was applied to TWO versions of STar Wars Power of the Force (the original 1985 version and the 1995 relaunch)

    • Dan Flarida says:

I am considering anything that was produced and sold with the Kenner logo on the package, and cutting it off around the year 2000 when Hasbro pulled out of Cincinnati.

You’re right, it does get a little messy when you start considering lines that are traditionally Hasbro brands like G.I. Joe and Transformers. There were also some 12″ G.I. Joe dolls produced in Cincinnati in the mid to late 90’s with the Kenner logo on them, so they would qualify as well.

The list is based on trying to capture all the different lines, so for example if a toy was made with the Kenner logo on it like Star Wars, it wouldn’t really matter when it was produced, Star Wars as a toy line makes the list.

Can’t believe I forgot Transformers, I’ll get that added. Thanks!

      • Gedeon says:

you missed a toy that is not on the list. Baby all gone. she ad a jar of cherries and a spoon that when you put it in the Jar they would “magically ” appears and then when you put the spoon up to her mouth they would spring back in to the spoon.

  3. Katie says:

I know that Baby Buddies were sort of a spin-off of littlest pet shop, but I think they should be featured as their own line.

  4. Jason ellis says:

  8. Jess says:

I have an Alvin the aardvark toy complete with box and instructions and am trying to find out what it’s worth. It even has both of the blue plush ants. The box says kenner discovery time and general mills fun group inc 1978. I can’t find it on ebay. Any help is appreciated.
My daughter likes to play with it, so it’s not for sale.

    • Joe Curcio says:

Hello Stacie. You have a very cool kenner item and rather popular. My best advise for value would be to check eBay ended listings that were sold. Hope this helps!

  13. Jerry Johnson says:

  14. Brittany says:

  21. Vince Schielack says:

I am searching for any information I can find about the 4 Cyl Take-A-Part Engine
    1982, Cat. No: 98020

So far the only reference I can find to it (that isn’t on the toy itself) is line number 2 in the article above.

  22. Haiden says:

I know it was a Hasbro/Kenner creation, but does the My Little Pony line from 1997-2003 count? It is not on the list.

  23. Mark says:

    The Kenner Car-Plane is missing.

  24. Cindi Axtell says:

I have a 1959 Nursery Butterflies mobile in the box all seem to be perfect except box is showing discoloring from dust. I am not able to find any information on this item or a value.

  25. Just where is JLA ? Total Justice is THERE, thanks, but was JLA Hasbro already, then ? Keep up the good work, here. And thanks for HOURS of fun, all these years…

  26. Patricia Luther says:

I have a “General Mills Fun Group” Kenner toy looks like part of a treehouse dated 1974. Color is rusty brown, has a single trunk with a wood look platform towards the bottom, and a square playform on the top. it looks like it attached to something else, as there are two pegs on the side of top platform. Can anyone help identify?

  27. Brian says:

    Hello

Does anyone remember a toy Print Shop that I think was made/sold by Kenner?

A small plastic holder the one filled with gelatin that acted a print blanket for the image, to then transfer from the gel pad to paper? A simple thing form the early 60’s.

  28. Deanna Caballero says:

I have a 1976 Baby Alive that has been put away for over fourty years. I just took her out and the top of her head has come lose. I would like to know where I can take her to get repaired.

  29. Sherry Barnett says:

Hello. I have a 1995 Batman Forever Batcave (don’t have the box). Is Ebay about the only place to sell this type of toy?

    Thanks

  30. AJ says:

As a child of the 1980s, Kenner made the BEST toys hands down. I was a kid who saved everything and had an entire store room of toys until I left for college and returned to find my mother had disposed of ALL of them.

I was crushed. .. and today seeing the prices on eBay and elsewhere, SHE is crushed.

I LOVED them all though, Kenner was awesome and will always hold a place in my heart. Infact today I am browsing for Kenner toys on eBay to buy for my son and daughter for Christmas. Toys today just do not compare!

  31. Vickie says:

Love the site. Did I overlook the Electric Mold Master? There was a boy and girl’s set. I have the boy’s set and am looking for a list of original contents. I have lots of little pieces but wonder how much is original.

    Thank you ,
    Vickie

    • Bill Wills says:

Hi Vickie – that could prove to be tough. Your best bet is to find an example on eBay that is complete and compare the parts. If you find a seller that’s really nice, they might be willing to send you a scan of the instruction sheet. But if it’s totally complete with box, you can expect it to sell for between $60 – $75.
